We strive to provide maximum protection and preservation of your feed, which is why our silos have the thickest shell on the market. Together with the low thermal conductivity of GRP, this prevents condensation from forming on the inner walls, which helps to preserve the quality of the feed by preventing it from sticking to the walls and overheating. The result is a high-quality feed that retains all its nutritional properties and promotes better growth and development in animals.
The tightness of the YASLA silos prevents rodents and other pests from getting inside. This prevents spoilage and minimises your losses.
A GRP silo has a significantly lower number of seams on the shell than its metal counterparts. This reduces the risk of moisture penetration into the silo almost completely. The fibreglass silo shell has only vertical seams that can be easily sealed during installation or as needed.
The outer surface of the silo is covered with a durable layer of a special coating that will protect the silo shell material from wetting and solar radiation for many years. The white colour of this protective layer also helps to reduce the heating of both the silo shell and the forage.
Unlike metal silos, YASLA silos can be successfully placed outside. The fibreglass used to make the silo shell is of considerable thickness, which, together with its low thermal conductivity, prevents condensation on the inner surface. As you know, condensation on the inner surface of metal silos causes the feed to get wet. The sticking of feed to the inner surfaces of silos significantly complicates the operation of metal silos.

Model range

The Yasla silo consists of a fibreglass tank and metal supports, which have flanges with holes in the bottom for mounting the silo on the foundation with anchors. One of the silo supports is equipped with a special connection and can be used for pneumatic feed loading.

Only our models have a reinforced flange for the vertical connection of the segments, which is fixed with heavy-duty hot-dip galvanised hardware for maximum stability and reliability.
The steel silo supports are welded in our factory according to EN 1090 and coated with a thick layer of hot-dip galvanised zinc, which guarantees you many years of reliable operation
The Yasla silo can be loaded through the large 860 mm diameter top inlet. The top opening is securely closed by a rubber-sealed lid.
Loading can also be carried out pneumatically through a loading support, which has a special device for connecting the pneumatic line from the feed truck. Excess air is then expelled from the silo shell via a special ventilation support.

Adapters

There are several ways to discharge feed from YASLA silos:

1. Direct discharge via the manually operated YASLA gate device located at the bottom of the silo, which feeds the feed into the tank.

2. Discharge via conveyors from the bottom opening of the silo, on which the appropriate YASLA adapter is fitted to match the parameters of your conveying system. You can order from us any adapter that meets your needs.
