YASLA MDC.6

The MDC.6 YASLA™ fibreglass silo with the catalogue designation MDC.6 is a specialised equipment designed for storing bulk materials, including biomass and feedstock, with a maximum bulk density of 600 kg/m³. The design of the silo is based on the many years of experience of IBT GmbH (Germany) and complies with strict European standards (DIN EN 1991-1-4:2010, DIN EN 1991-1-3:2010), which guarantees its reliability and safe operation both in Ukraine and in the EU.

The MDC.6 silo consists of a high-quality fibreglass tank divided into 2 sections and mounted on 3 strong metal supports. The design provides for the possibility of installation both outdoors and indoors, with mandatory installation on a prepared foundation in accordance with the technical documentation. To integrate into production processes, it is possible to connect to electrical, pneumatic or other technological networks through appropriate adapters.

The product can be loaded into the MDC-6 silo in two main ways: through the upper process hatch with a diameter of 850 mm or by pneumatic transport. A special feature of the YASLA design is the use of a separate, specially designed pipe for pneumatic loading, which is located near one of the supports, but is not the support itself. This is a key engineering solution to ensure durability. Bulk materials are discharged through the lower cone, which has a 71° inclination angle, which contributes to efficient product flow. For easy maintenance of the upper part of the silo, a ladder is installed on one of the supports.
