About the state compensation programme
сThe state programme to compensate 25% of the cost of domestically produced agricultural equipment is in place in Ukraine in accordance with the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine’s Resolutions 130, 86 and 106. This programme allows agricultural producers to recover up to 25% of the cost of purchased equipment.
MDS is the official Ukrainian manufacturer of agricultural equipment, namely fibreglass silos, which is included in the list approved by the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine for compensation.
How do I get compensation for 25% of the cost of silos?
Step 1: Purchase of silos

Make a payment through one of the programme’s partner state banks:

Step 2: Submitting a claim for compensation
Contact the branch of the state bank through which the payment was made.

Step 3: Receiving compensation
After submitting the application, the following process starts:
- The NBU transmits information on the amount of compensation to the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine.
- The Ministry is creating a register of agricultural producers who have purchased silos under the programme.
- The compensation funds are transferred to the bank.
- The bank transfers 25% of the cost of silos to your bank account within one business day.
