В Україні ТОВ “МДС” представляє продукцію YASLA, гарантуючи якісну підтримку клієнтів на всіх етапах співпраці.
Safety and reliability
Our experience in the manufacture and maintenance of composite equipment ensures that the highest standards of strength and stability are maintained, ensuring the reliability of our latest silos
Feed hygiene and safety
The silo material does not react with feed, does not emit harmful substances and meets international food safety standards. This guarantees high quality feed and animal health
Feed storage
Yasla silos effectively protect forage from external influences such as rodents, birds, pests, moisture and temperature fluctuations. This significantly reduces feed losses and preserves its nutritional value
Durability
All elements of Yasla silos are made of high quality materials, which guarantees a long service life
Thermal insulation
Yasla silos have the best thermal insulation properties among similar products, which means that the optimum feed temperature is maintained
Ease of use
The smooth inner surface of the silo is covered with a thick layer of paraffin wax, which makes it easier to slide the feed and prevents it from sticking and condensation
YASLA silo - an innovative storage solution
The fibreglass silo is designed for storing feed in livestock farms both indoors and outdoors. It provides tightness and reliable protection of the feed from moisture, air, pests and birds. Tightness helps to maintain high quality feed, including its taste and nutritional value. This silo prevents spoilage and minimises feed losses during storage.
The embodiment of many years of experience
In order to develop a truly new generation of equipment, we have thoroughly analysed the solutions available on the market for temporary storage and transport of feed. We have developed a list of important measures to avoid mistakes in the design and manufacture of silos.

To create a truly new generation of equipment, we have done a lot of work to analyse the solutions available on the market for the temporary storage and transportation of animal feed. We developed a list of important measures to avoid mistakes in the design and manufacture of silos.
Wind power
Silos are usually located in open areas where the structure is exposed to both low and high winds. Therefore, structural damage must not occur in any wind load zone. We took this factor into account.
Snow load
In winter, the snow cover can reach a considerable thickness and snow can accumulate. Neglecting this load can be costly, so we have included it as another type of combined load.
The power of the sun
Solar radiation contains ultraviolet radiation, which can have a negative impact on the silo laminate, and infrared radiation can overheat the laminate, reducing its resistance to stress. Overheating of the feed also leads to a loss of its nutritional properties. We have developed a design that effectively prevents the feed from overheating, preserving its nutritional value, and protects the silo from the harmful effects of the sun.
Main load
Of course, the greatest stress on the silo is the weight of the feed, fuel pellets or wood chips. You should also take into account the loads that occur when loading the feed and moving it to the conveyor. Safety and reliability are the main criteria when making this calculation.
Simultaneous action of all loads
The worst-case scenario is the simultaneous action of all loads. The calculations for this difficult case were carried out in full with the utmost care.
The test
To confirm the results of the mathematical modelling, the silo was tested in situ, during which the deformations occurring in the structural elements of the silo were measured and their compliance with the theoretical model was analysed. This confirmed the correctness of the design data.
Guaranteeing the safety of our silos
Our production procedures, which are certified in accordance with the latest standards, ensure the highest quality of our products.
EN 45545 (R1 / HL1, HL2, HL3)

All processes at our company are organised at the highest level. This means that we constantly monitor quality at every stage.
Features of fibreglass silos
Fibreglass silos have a number of advantages that make them attractive for storing a variety of materials, including grain, animal feed, chemicals and other bulk products. Here are the main advantages of fibreglass silos:
Corrosion resistance
The key advantage of GRP is its corrosion resistance. Unlike metal, it does not rust, rot or degrade under the influence of moisture and aggressive factors. This makes it an ideal material for making silos that will keep your crops in perfect condition for a long time.
Durability
GRP combines lightness, strength and exceptional resistance to corrosion, UV radiation and mechanical damage. This ensures that your silo will not lose its properties over the years, even under intensive use.
Mounting
Fibreglass silos are lighter than their metal counterparts, making them easier to transport and install. Yasla silos can be delivered to the customer unassembled, which reduces the cost of delivery. The design of our silos facilitates quick installation by qualified workers at the customer’s site.
Protection
A fibreglass silo has a significantly lower number of seams on the shell, which virtually minimises the risk of water penetration. The fibreglass silo shell has only vertical seams, which can be easily sealed during installation or as required.
Condensate
The fibreglass used to make the silo shell is very thick, which, combined with its low thermal conductivity, prevents condensation from forming on the inner surface. As you know, it is condensation on the inner surface of metal silos that causes the feed to get wet.
